This restaurant thinks that it is more exclusive than it really is. Average food for above-average prices, and the wait times are not worth it.
My wife and I went for Sunday lunch/brunch around 1:30pm, and decided to eat at the bar rather than wait for a table. Bar seemed a bit understaffed. The house bloody mary, at $10, struck me as overpriced. Our food order didn't arrive together. The bartender suggested putting my plate under the hear lamp to keep it warm. Ten minutes later, both plates arrived. By then, my omelette had overcooked. No concessions were offered for this screw-up.
I will say, this restaurant has definitely improved as time has gone on. I've been there a few times since last May. Service is quicker and wait time is not as long. At least they take reservations for large groups now. The burgers are amazing!!
Very disappointed with this place, poor service and log wait time. Food not great either. I don't understand why it was so busy, I wish I read the reviews before going.
Wow what a disappointment. The service was poor. The food portion size was small (like a kid meal) and the food was not good. My chicken wrap had very little chicken and came without its special sauce. Actually, I am not sure there was any chicken in it. When I asked for it the sauce, the waiter did not seem surprised that it was missing. When I told him I was disappointed in the lunch he told me I should have gotten something else.
The serves is very very very slow, then you get to wait a long time for you food to come out and you have a 50-5o chance of it being what you ordered and cooked the way you wanted it. You need to be prepared to eat whatever comes cooked how ever it is because once you food hits the table you will not see the server again until you get your check. If you want more then one drink order them together because that will be you only chance to get a drink be it water, soda or anything harder.
This is the second time we have been here it all of these issue have just gotten worse since they have opened.
