A Morris Plains man and former Parsippany Boy Scout leader accused in January of showing child pornography to a boy was arrested again Thursday on charges he molested two teenage boys in the 1990s, the Morris County Prosecutor's Office said. Stephen Corcoran, 45, is accused of one count of aggravated sexual assault, multiple counts of sexual assault and one count of endangering the welfare of a child. The charges stem from accusations Corcoran molested a 13-to-16-year-old boy between 1997 and 1998, and another 16-to-18-year-old boy in 1999.
