This week, "Occupy This Space" returns after a hiatus to look at a location that has always–as far as Morristown Patch is concerned–lain fallow. Camille's Sidewalk Cafe, once a franchised sandwich shop with multiple New Jersey locations, left The Garden State several years ago. With locations in several states, its footprint is most prominent in Oklahoma (seven locations) and California (nine locations). Morristown's Camille's closed up shop prior to Morristown Patch's launch in August 2010. Despite nearly two years, ghosts of its sandwich-serving past remain at its former location on the corner of South and Madison streets.
