Personal Trainers for the Masses Coming to the Green

Springfield's No Body Denied will bring a state of the art fitness center—and affordable personal training—to Morristown.

A new fitness center is coming to Morristown. Mack-Cali Realty Corp. subsidiary Roseland and Woodmont Properties announced Thursday that the business No Body Denied has signed a lease for a 10,000-square-foot space in downtown's Shops on the Green that will become a state-of-the-art health club and personal training studio. No Body Denied will be on the lower level of 40 Park, where it will have neighbors including Roots Steak House, Starbucks, Urban Table, Qdoba Mexican Grill, Powerflow Yoga and the AT&T Store. “No Body Denied is a great addition to the Shops on the Green which has become a centerpiece in Morristown’s dynamic downtown business district,” said Debra Tantleff, vice president of development for Roseland.  “The health club …

Whole Foods to Hit Parsippany By 2015

Company releases more details about the organic supermarket's forthcoming Par-Troy site.

Christie, Guadagno and other officials celebrate groundbreaking of real estate giant's new headquarters.

Gov. Chris Christie, Lt. Gov Kim Guadagno and Madison Mayor Robert Conley stood with silver shovels over a pile of dirt Wednesday morning to mark the groundbreaking of Realogy's site in Madison. The international real estate firm is relocating its headquarters from Parsippany to the new location at 175 Park Ave. "Think about where we were two years ago," the governor said before a crowd of state and local officials and members of the business community. "The responsiveness or lack thereof of state government was so bad, that a worldwide company like Realogy, which we were fortunate to have headquartered in New Jersey, was literally ready to walk out the door without any type of reaction from the governor's office." Two years ago, the …
