Anyone that has to drive Speedwell Avenue at Rush Hour knows it's often not a fun experience. Now, add to that a trio of illegally parked cars outside Headquarters Plaza–an SUV, car and brand-new Mercedes limousine–and you have the recipe for headache. Traffic was still relatively mild when these shots were taken shortly before 4:30 p.m. Thursday. But, with the vehicles perfectly-placed in the frame with the "No Stopping or Standing" and "Rght Lane MUST Turn Right" signs, we couldn't help ourselves.
