Morristown Students Report Suspicious Man Offered Them Ride
Morristown police say they will investigate Friday's event from two MHS students.
Morristown police said they are asking the public for any information regarding a report from two Morristown High School students who said that a suspicious man had offered them a ride in his pickup truck on Friday evening. According to police, the two students reported what they considered a suspicious incident at about 7:30 p.m. on Friday near 14 Early Street. The students, males who are 14 and 16 years old, said they were walking to a sporting event at the high school when a male sitting in a parked newer pickup truck, white with orange lettering on the side, offered them a ride, according to a police report.
