Verizon 5K Pre-Race Warmups

What does one do before a big race? Stretch! Run! Also, for a few of the people we encountered Thursday prior to the Verizon Wireless Corporate Classic 5K, some pre-run laughs. Fortunately, the run happened a day after the major heat broke. Unfortunately, we were unable to stick around because we had a meeting to attend. That's where you come in.
