New Jersey Devils alumnus John Madden brought the Stanley Cup to Goryeb Children's Hospital.
John Madden, a former New Jersey Devils player, brought the Stanley Cup to Goreyb Children''s Hospital on Saturday, Aug. 28. As Madden entered the hospital lobby word quickly spread of his arrival and both young and old gathered to meet him. Some knew the hockey player and some did not, but many of the children he met as he toured the hospital appeared happy to see the large silver cup slowly made its way into the room.
