Progressive Rock Legends Yes Rock Morristown

The icons culled from an over 40-year collection of music Sunday at the Mayo Performing Arts Center.

They have lived in many, many incarnations from their formation in the late 1960s to today. But, Yes, one of the pioneers of Progressive Rock still packs a punch over four decades into their career, as evidenced Sunday night at the Mayo Performing Arts Center. It was the first visit to Morristown for Yes, which currently comprises longtime members Chris Squire (bass), Steve Howe (guitar) and Alan White (drums), as well as keyboardist Geoff Downes and new lead singer Jon Davison, who replaced Benoit David, the singer for the band's long-awaited newest album, 2011's "Fly from Here." 'Yes' Coming to Morristown

Will perform with Procol Harum on July 22.

They're more than just "Owner of a Lonely Heart" and "Roundabout." In fact, Yes has amassed a catalog of over 20 studio albums over the course of more than 40 years. And, they're coming to Morristown. The Mayo Performing Arts Center announced this week that progressive rock icons Yes will perform at The Community Theatre on July 22, with special guests Procol Harum. Tickets range from $67 to $117.
