VOTE: The Region's Top Dogs Are...

We asked Patch users in several local communities to share their dog photos and then vote for their favorite. Meet the Top 9 dogs.

So many of you shared your furry best friends, and now it’s time to vote on the region’s top dog! The winners in our ten participating Patches will face off to become the area's Top Dog. The winner will be announced Friday, Dec. 21 at noon. The winner of the competition will win a $250 gift card for a weekend stay at the Morris Animal Inn for your dog! To vote: Look for the number in the top right corner of the photo and refer to that in the comments. You can read the full rules here. Top Dog: 'Max' Takes Honors in Morristown

Pup will move on to final round of Morris Animal Inn-sponsored event, for chance to win $250 weekend stay.

The people spoke with their comments. And, they said, "Max" should move on. The pup without a place to call a home (at the moment) gained the most votes in the Morris Animal Inn-sponsored "Top Dog" contest. Out of 71 comments, 23 people voted for "Max." Congratulations! The winners from 10 participating area Patches will now go on to the final round, where the winner will be awarded a $250 gift card for a weekend stay at the Morris Animal Inn for your dog! Check back soon for instructions on how to vote in the final round.
