My name is Samantha Judson. I am the Animal Control Officer of Morristown, NJ(also covering Harding Township). 911 Dog and Cat Rescue was started as a way to keep Morristown, a "no-kill" Town. We dedicate ourselves to giving the needy dogs and cats of Morristown a second chance. Since I began working in Morristown 3 years ago, our euthanasia rate has been 0%, for adoptable animals, thanks to help from volunteers and other rescue groups. Due to the high intake of animals in 2011, starting our own group was necessary. We start 2012 with high hopes of keeping Morristown humane.
