I am the owner of CrossFit Cheshire (382 South Main Street).  After a 30 year career in law enforcement, I fulfilled a life long dream of having a place where I could help people to become as fit and healthy as they possibly can be. 

We have just celebrated our two year anniversary here, and continue to grow in popularity as word of CrossFit gets out.
