Pedal Power: Gran Fondo a Go In Morristown

The third annual marathon for cyclists fills Morristown with pedal power and all for a good cause.

27 of the 35 member Homeless Solutions "Riding for Homes" team rallied before the start of the ride (and posed for the photo in the gallery). This year's team include members of the transitional housing families (not pictured), and all funds raised will go to support HSI shelter programs and services.

This year, the Seeing Eye, Sustainable Morristown, Grow it Green and Homeless Solutions are the beneficiaries of the event.

Gran Fondo NJ 2013 offered four routes of increasing levels of challenge, from the extremely challenging Gran Fondo down to the relatively relaxed Breve Fondo. All routes begin and end in Morristown.
